MS Paint Updated With Support for Layers, Editing Transparent Images: Details

MS Paint is gaining support for two important features that will allow users to edit images using layers and edit transparent images. The features are being tested on the Microsoft Paint app on the Windows Insider Dev and Canary channels and is expected to roll out to all users at a later date.
