BGMI Rising launch party: Only 6 hours of daily gameplay allowed, minors get 3 hours

BGMI Is back in India after the ban and all its fans are back at it and already hooked to the game like there’s no tomorrow. Appropriately enough, Krafton has announced its launch party tournament and has named it BGMI Rising. The event begins tomorrow viz. June 1, 2023 and will go on for four days until June 4, 2023.

BGMI is now playable after the hassle people were going through last week and have rolled out the 2.5 update which will provide an immersive experience for all its players. Users will be allowed to login in phases in order to have a seamless experience and that is how they have worked on the game's playability.

The announcement of the launch party was made on the BGMI social media handles by the help of a video so that it reaches out to its fans.

For safeguarding the players and assuring responsible gaming, Krafton has also set out some ground rules for BGMI. Krafton has made it clear that for people below 18 years of age, the gametime will be three hours a day and for others it will be max six hours a day. They didn't stop there. A parental verification will be done as well as daily spend limits will be given for the minors.

Now, except for the rules, Krafton has also introduced a new map to the game. That map itself is brand new and also brings in a lot of features with it.

New Map = More BGMI fun

This is the smallest map in the history of BGMI. This is a resort island located in a completely tropical zone. Here the matches will last for up to eight minutes. There are some major features related to the map. They are as follows:

Mechanism: The most fun feature included are the Ziplines. Players can go around the island using them and also they can install elevators in the hotel buildings in "New City." Other unique new things are Zorb balls, swimming pools, destructible jars and combustible buildings.

Super recall: This feature allows you to recall the players who die back to the battlefield. But they can come back only within a certain period of their death. Also, this can be done in duo as well as squad mode. In case of solo mode, the player can be recalled automatically without the help of any teammate.

New Weapons: The new weapon in a Tactical Crossbow. With the help of this a zipline can be restored and also houses can be put on fire by using a fire arrow on the crossbow. At mid and close range players can have a very accurate shot. When you scope in, the mode changes to single shot.

New Vehicle- Off-road ATV that too a two-seater one has been introduced. It is lightweight and has an amazing speed. This allows the ATV to go smooth when it's a curved path and also maintain the stability and not get rolled over.

These will all be available at the launch party. Pull up your socks and get set for it as it starts tomorrow.

PS5 unboxing videos show how huge the console is

To say that Sony has been a bit coy when it comes to the PlayStation 5 would be a bit of an understatement. The company only recently announced the India pricing of the console and now finally we have unboxings of the console going live and one thing is pretty clear - The console is HUGE!  So what do you get in the box? Well… besides the console itself (and the manuals), you get: DualSense controller USB Type-C charging cable for the controller HDMI 2.1 cable Power cable for the console (no bulky adapter/box) Plastic stand Now the plastic stand is used if you place the console on its side. As there is no flat surface on either side of the console, the stand will ensure that it remains still. But you can also place it when propping up the console vertically. However, it does seem like the PS5 can stand on its own vertically if need be. IGN’s unboxing video gives you a good idea of how to place the stand. All of the unboxing videos mention the size of the console because it is pr...
