5 Vivo X90 Pro features to be aware of before the phone goes on sale

The Vivo X90 series has arrived in India and there are two phones, namely the Vivo X90 and the Vivo X90 Pro. The Pro model is Vivo’s flagship phone of 2023 for India. It has a 120Hz AMOLED display, MediaTek Dimensity 9200 SoC, 120W fast charging, and a 50.3MP triple rear camera setup. Vivo’s flagships are known for their unique camera features. So, let’s begin the list with the camera specs:

1. Vivo X90 Pro comes with a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 1300 nits of peak brightness, and HDR10+ support. 

2. The phone has a punch hole on the front housing a 32MP selfie snapper. 

On the back, there is a 50.3MP ( Sony IMX989 1-inch sensor w/ OIS, Dual Pixel PDAF) primary camera accompanied by a 50MP (2x optical zoom, OIS) shooter, and a 12MP ultrawide snapper.

The OIS on this phone is Level 4-certified by CIPA. This, the brand claims to be a step ahead of the competition.

You also get Zeiss optics, Zeiss T* lens coating, and special filters for your photos.

As for videos, from the front, you can shoot up to 1080p 60fps and from the back, you can record up to 8K24 fps.

3. Internally, the phone is featuring a MediaTek Dimensity 9200 processor coupled with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 4.0 storage. 

The software on board is Android 13 software with FunTouch OS on top. Vivo assures 3 years of platform and security updates.

4. A 4870mAh battery keeps the phone alive. There is support for 120W wired charging and 50W wireless charging to refill the tank.

5. Vivo has also added an in-display fingerprint reader, dual-band WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, GPS, infrared port, and USB-C 3.2 port to the mix.

You can purchase the Vivo X90 Pro’s solo variant at ₹84,999. As for the vanilla Vivo X90, the 8+256GB model costs ₹59,999 and the 12+256GB variant is priced at ₹63,999. 

The regular X90 comes with a glass back and 2 colour options viz. Breeze Blue and Asteroid Black. The Pro model comes with a vegan leather back and Legendary Black colour.
