Google Chrome to Bring the Ability to Block Suspicious HTTP Downloads: Report

Google is working on new security features for Chrome that will protect users from downloading potentially dangerous HTTP content. The browser will block downloads from any insecure website. The browser already has a couple of security features like mixed elements and the “Always use secure connections” toggle in security settings.
