iQOO 11 Pro running Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, 16GB RAM spotted on Geekbench, key specifications and features revealed

iQOO has become one of the biggest names in the smartphones business on the back of some really impressive phones launched over past year or so. And now, the company is getting ready to add to the list by launching its next flagship smartphone, the iQOO 11 Pro.

Set to become one of the most powerful devices in the market once its launched, the phone is expected to use the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. Ahead of its launch, we've gotten a glimpse of its performance after an iQOO 11 Pro prototype made its way to benchmarking website Geekbench 5. The leaked results of the device for the benchmark shows that it managed a good single-core score of 1,466 points, with the device also scoring an above par multi-core score of 4,686 points.

IQOO 11 Pro rumoured specs

Further, the benchmark listing of the device also confirms that the device will come powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC paired with an impressive 16GB of RAM in the top version. Interacting with the hardware will be a copy of the Android 13-based Funtouch OS.

Previously, leaks have suggested in the past that the iQOO 11 Pro will come with Vivo's V2 image processing chip. This chip promises better low-light performance and faster results. Other than that, the iQOO 11 Pro is said to have a 6.78-inch E6 AMOLED display, run on Android 13 and feature the BMW M Motorsports design.  Previous leaks suggest that the smartphone will come with a 4,700 mAh battery that supports 200W charging.

From what it looks like, the iQOO 11 series will feature two smartphones, the vanilla iQOO 11 and the iQOO 11 Pro. The report also mentions that iQOO is planning to launch the iQOO 11 series in India as soon as January 2023. If that happens, the iQOO 11 and the iQOO 11 Pro could be among the first smartphones in the country to launch with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.

Well… besides the console itself (and the manuals), you get: DualSense controller USB Type-C charging cable for the controller HDMI 2.1 cable Power cable for the console (no bulky adapter/box) Plastic stand Now the plastic stand is used if you place the console on its side. As there is no flat surface on either side of the console, the stand will ensure that it remains still. But you can also place it when propping up the console vertically. However, it does seem like the PS5 can stand on its own vertically if need be. IGN’s unboxing video gives you a good idea of how to place the stand. All of the unboxing videos mention the size of the console because it is pr...
