Apple MacBook Pro (2022) 13-Inch Model With M2 Chip Has a Slower SSD Than the M1 Processor: Report

Two YouTubers have posted videos claiming that the new M2 chip from Apple on the 13-inch MacBook Pro (2022) has slower SSD read and write speed than the M1 chip. The new chip has been paired with 256GB SSD and 8GB RAM and can be seen in the videos to be reading and writing data at half the speed than its predecessor.
