Chrome 91 Rolling Out With Frozen Tab Groups, Enhanced PWAs, Redesigned UI, More

Chrome 91 is rolling out for mobile and desktop browsers. Chrome for Android will get Frozen tab groups, automatically starting PWAs, refreshed UI, updated table renders on webpages, and more. Chrome on Linux, macOS, and Windows is getting 32 bug fixes and improvements.
