Moto E5 Plus launching in India in July

Lenovo-owned Motorola has confirmed that it will launch the Moto E5 Plus in India sometime on July. The announcement was made via a teaser on the company’s social media channels. However, the company did not confirm exactly when it plans to launch the smartphone and at what price. To recall, Motorola unveiled the Moto E5 Plus a couple of months back alongside the rest of the Moto E5 series and the Moto G6 series. The company had launched a total of six smartphones, out of which two devices have already made their way to India. Namely the Moto G6 and the Moto G6 Play. It is not yet known if or when the company plans to launch the other devices in India. Coming back to the Moto E5 Plus, the smartphone sports a  6-inch HD+ display with an 18:9 display aspect ratio.It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 SoC with 3GB of RAM. The phone offers 32GB of onboard storage. At the back of the device is a single 12MP camera with 1.25um pixel size, while at the front is an 8MP camera with 1.12um pixel size. The phone is equipped with a 5000mAh battery and features the company’s TurboPower fast charging technology. Like most other Motorola devices, the Moto E5 Plus comes with stock Android Oreo. It also features a water-repellent design.  As mentioned earlier, Moto has already launched the Moto G6 and the Moto G6 Play in India. The two smartphones start at Rs 13,999 and Rs 11,999 respectively.
